Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose your suit, tap Order now or Add to cart, and enter your delivery details at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You pay in cash when the parcel arrives at your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your name and order number. We will help if the parcel has not been dispatched yet.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 3,500. Below that, a delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your city. The estimated date is shown on the product page, and you can ask us on WhatsApp anytime.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the process.
How do I start a return?
Send your order number and a short reason on WhatsApp. We will reply with the next steps.
Fabrics
Which fabrics do you sell?
Two only: Polo Cotton from Rs. 1,099 and Velvet from Rs. 1,899.
Are the suits stitched?
No. All suits are unstitched, so you can get them tailored to your own size and style.
How should I care for my suit?
Check the care label. As a rule, wash Polo Cotton gently in cool water and dry clean Velvet to keep its richness.
